KOLACHES

BRBC has been catering to the Brazos Valley for since 1998. Our delicious array of freshly prepared items includes many varieties of kolaches, ranging from fruit to meat, as well as sticky buns, cinnamon rolls and signature pastries. Our kolaches are made from scratch. Our fruit kolaches are filled with homemade fillings made from only fresh, dried or frozen fruit...nothing canned or commercially processed. Our sausage kolaches are made with Texas Chaw Sausage, Caldwell, Texas (the Kolache Capital of Texas), and we're proud to say contains NO MSG!

The BRBC catering team is experienced in making sure your event is perfect. We will work within your budget to ensure that your event is handled with the utmost attention, care, and concern for your guests. Payment is due upon delivery. We accept checks and all major credit cards. All deliveries have a 10 dozen minimum and are subject to a service fee.
